Permit Applications & Storm Water runoff

Stormwater Runoff - Stormwater runoff from construction sites can carry muddy water, debris, and chemicals into local waterways.  Sediments, chemcials, and debris can harm aquatic life and reduce water quality.  The Department of Ecology requires regulated construction sites to get coverage under the Construction Stormwater General Permit.  Please click the following links to see if you are required to get a permit:
